A construction powerhouse.  Capable of fixing just about anything.  Converts his construction site to a full-service repair bay.  Equipped with hydraulic lifts, titanium rivet guns and searing iron forge.  In battle mode, his station is armed with surface-to-air proton missile launcher and interstellar laser communicators.
